Our concierge team's pretty amazing at making things happen. Whether you're planning a surprise proposal on the slopes, need restaurant recs that only locals know about, or want to organize a corporate retreat that won't bore everyone to tears - we've got your back.

We've been doing this for years and honestly, the weird requests are our favorite. Dog sledding at sunrise? Done it. Private chef in your suite? Easy. Helicopter tour followed by a couples massage? That's like our Tuesday.

Here's what folks usually ask us

Check-in Times?

Check-in's at 4PM and check-out's at 11AM. But hey, if you're arriving early or leaving late, just let us know - we'll try to work something out with luggage storage or early access.

Parking Available?

Yep! We've got complimentary valet parking and a heated underground garage. Plus EV charging stations if you're driving electric. Winter tires are mandatory in BC from October to March though!

Ski-in Access?

We're about 5 minutes from the main lifts. We offer shuttle service every 20 minutes during ski season, or you can rent equipment from us and we'll handle transport. Storage is complimentary with boot dryers!

Cancellation Policy?

Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Peak season (Christmas, New Year's, February) needs 7 days notice. We get it, plans change - just give us a heads up when you can.
